Recomiendo altamente el seminario de "Manejo de Conflictos" impartido por Kerstin Gierth, es una habilidad basica a desarrollar cuando se trabaja de forma regular con grupos de personas. El contenido y la forma de llevar el seminario hace que el participante realmente comprenda los fundamentos basicos y la forma en como desarrollar la habilidad. De forma personal disfrute mucho las dinamicas aplicadas y la apertura para la discusion de los temas tratados, ya que permite el libre flujo de informacion y experiencias tanto del expositor, asi como de los participantes, enriqueciendo aun más el seminario.
